Bitwadi is the trade name of WADI DIGITAL FZCO, registered in DMCC, Dubai for virtual asset broker-dealer activities. Bitwadi is currently pre-launch and is in the process of seeking authorization from the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority in Dubai.

We are not currently offering regulated virtual asset services through this website.

2. Information We Collect Today

At this waitlist stage, we collect your email address when you ask to join the Bitwadi waitlist. We also create verification and waitlist records, including the time you submitted the form, your preferred language, whether your email has been verified, and related technical metadata needed to operate the form, verify your email, prevent abuse, and keep the site secure.

We may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, and analytics data when you visit or use the website.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To add you to the Bitwadi waitlist and verify your email address.
• To send service messages about your waitlist registration and future launch updates.
• To operate, monitor, secure, and improve the website.
• To prevent misuse of the waitlist form, spam, fraud, and other unlawful activity.
• To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal Basis

If you ask us to remove you from the waitlist, we will delete or anonymize your waitlist record unless we need to keep limited information for legal, security, or compliance reasons.

Subject to applicable UAE law, you may have rights to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, and data portability where applicable.

If Bitwadi launches regulated services in the future, those services may involve additional personal data and additional service providers. Those future services are not live today and will require fuller privacy disclosures and customer terms before launch.
