Bitwadi is the trade name of WADI DIGITAL FZCO, registered in DMCC, Dubai for virtual asset broker-dealer activities. Bitwadi is pre-launch and is in the process of seeking authorization from the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority in Dubai.

2. Website Only

The website currently provides information about Bitwadi and allows visitors to join a waitlist. It does not provide account opening, trading, custody, fiat payment, investment, advisory, brokerage, exchange, or other regulated virtual asset services.

Joining the waitlist does not create a customer account, guarantee access to any future service, or create any obligation for Bitwadi to launch or provide services to you.

3. No Offer, Solicitation, or Advice

Nothing on this website is an offer, invitation, recommendation, solicitation, financial promotion, investment advice, or other advice to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any virtual asset or financial product.
